Charter
How do we work together?
Roundtables with all members are organized several times yearly in an online format, and two times yearly in person, allowing for a stronger connection among Forum members.
In addition to the roundtables, ad-hoc working groups can be set up to address specific topics among a focused group of participants.
The frequency and duration of each working group is determined by the chairperson in charge in consultation with its membership.
Governance
To be representative of the will of the participants, in particular the members who have participated in the Forum since its first roundtable in 2019, the founder of the Forum has chosen to delegate the issue of the governance of the Forum to a working group.
The section on the functioning of the Forum will be updated in the Charter after the proposal of the governance working group and approval of the model by the members through a consensus vote.
